I have to say that I have moaned and groaned and am sure that I have made people miserable with my posts on occasion. However I am a fair person and have something to say. In the last 2 days I have badgered support with numerous requests about different issues. Yes I got somebody perhaps new one time this weekend who got things completely wrong which worried me considerably.
However I can say that the people I spoke with this weekend were polite to the point and got the issues sorted out that I wanted dealt with. If you would like a case of support at the other end of the scale try lowcostdomains who never reply and if they do it will take them at least a week to 5 weeks. This is a documented fact by the way. It does not mean that I will not moan again, I am sure I will at some point. But the people whom I dealt with were very good this weekend albeit nasty horrid weather that was down in FLA. Chipfryer |

Your welcome. I still have a few outstanding issues but am willing see what happens. I think what we all have to understand is that this is not personal or anything like it.
