i faced abig probelm and becasue of this problem i loss more than 12 customers
this program about server the customers sites open with them hours in the day and then it cant open with them and i open atickt then the support tell me that he remove the ip from firewall but i think that the ip is blocked and i dont know what i do i stay with hostgator from 2 years and never faced this problem the no of tickit is FAQ-13316666 if any one can help me becasue this problem made me crazy |

I have the ticket assigned to myself so I will receive your updates if you need to reply back. I do apologize for the issues that you are seeing on the server, I am showing that there were a lot of IPs blocked while mitigating an attack. thx you for help this problem made me crazy i contact the communication company and they told me that the server block the ip of their network
i respect the hostgator company and i deal with them from 2 years but never faced this problem i sware becasue of this proble i lost more customer they transfer their sites from my hosting please unblock all ip in the range of the tickit with my best wishes |

thx you the problem is resolved and the sites come agian and i contact some of my customers and they told me that the sites is work with them agian
i will contact the other customers and see if the problem resolved with them or not 12 customers and thx for helping me please not to block the ip agian becasue i loss more than |

This should not happen again, however I am showing one of your sites as the top resource usage on the server. Can you have them install some sort of VBulletin cache mechanism?
