Extremely Happy
Over the past couple of weeks I have been having some issues with my cPanel, and today I finally decided to contact Support via telephone. I was speaking with Nicholas D and he done everything that he could to help resolve my issue.
He was very pleasant and easy to deal with and I was very, very happy with the service that I received, even though the issue is not resolved as yet it is still being worked on. HostGator has once again proven how great their support is. Thank you Nicholas D your help and continued follow up on this issue is much appreciated.
