I just need to know. Is HG working on re adding the feature to the new cpanel? Or won't it be available? I just wanted to know as I use the php.ini dynamic linking a lot to save the hassle of getting joomla to work.

I would expect so, though you should submit a support ticket to get a responce from HG staff.

Can you choose your theme within cpanel? _Sam_ says it's still there so you could access it that way or if you know the url....

Can people with CPanel 10 expect to have CPanel 11 installed at some point in the future? I saw a preview of 11 a while back and it looks a lot nicer than 10...

It's already installed on some servers and will eventually be installed on all servers.

Hey folks. If you're basing being on cPanel 10 or 11 by the fact that your title bar says "cPanel X", you will probably be mistaken. The majority of our machines run a cPanel 11 version (usually the most current, stable release). the "cPanel X" is the default title given to the themes.
As for the extras. We have a quick and easy script we can run from shell to put a custom php.ini in place for you. All you need to do is file a ticket and tell us: a) Which domain you want it on b) Global for your account (put it in /home/username/php.ini and symlink it to EVERY public_html/* folder) or just for a specific heirarchy (/home/username/public_html/whatever/php.ini symlinked to public_html/whatever/*) (we prefer global, it's faster that way). |
