Explain how to do subdirectories

I have searched every where! How do i create subdirectories? You know - all the other pages that make a good website?

A subdirectory is not a page...

It is a folder containing specific documents, applications or pages. It is only needed for organizing/classifying things.

So you create them as needed with cPanel File Manager, FTP, SHELL, etc...

okay - but you know what I'm talking about. It's when you click on a link on the main domain and it takes you to another page (i.e. a folder)
So, step by step, how do I create the folder in the proper place and create it's sub name

This depends on how you create the website. You don't have to have different folders, you can just name the pages differently so you would have page1.html, page2.html, etc. Generally it helps to make the names meaningful such as about.html for the page linked on the main page using an About Us link.

How did you create your page to begin with? There are a number of books available on creating HTML pages that may help. Without knowing how you are creating pages it would be tough to give any type of step by step instructions. Creating good pages takes time and patience.

I used site builder to create my domain page. Okay - I went into my files and i found (not created) a file that says page.html It's a page that allows me to edit and I can see where it links to my front page.
