expedition emergency ram upgrade

Dear Brent I have been on expeditions in the literal sense. [Sincerely I have]. I have logged in again as you suggested and found this message. I love Hostgator really I do. But what if I had not logged in? What If like happens very often I am working on graphics with sometimes 8 windows open at any one time. This happens a lot in design and development, you will know that.

I am not making a big thing of this or at least not trying not to. You people are great and I want everybody to know that too!!!!!

Please let me have a notification that if in my case a Server was about to go down that I can inform clients of maintenance or whatever. Please give me that power. It is the only thing missing at Hostgator.

I wish I was near to you I would take one of the jobs offered and do this.

The server stats on Expedition look bad -- Apache "failed", ftp "failed". We're getting refused connections too (14:15 EDT).

Could you post an etr for getting this worked out?
