I currently have a ticket open with Level III support ([#POY-420763]: #EPT-609306) but have an issue that may be affecting other users on the Ferrari server (67.18.54.176).
It started simply enough; yesterday a couple of our 50+ reseller accounts complained of SMTP problems ("Too many concurrent SMTP connections; please try again later" and "The server is busy"). This morning I opened a ticket as the problem was still lurking about. I was initially told Quote:

After all this, however, I would like to say that the HG staff has been very timely in all responses today, and I am thankful for the work they do.
