Exif Support?

I'll post in here since I don't have access to the private forum yet...

I thought you guys support EXIF in PHP?

I am getting error

It is not installed? If not, can we get it installed? I am signing up with hostgator thinking it support it as my old hosting provider (siteturn) wouldn't give it to me. hehehe

The EXIF functions should be available on your account. Please place a phpinfo script on your site and check to see if it is listed in the "Configure Command" section of the listing. It should have '--enable-exif' listed. There should also be a block listed for 'exif' with it's version information. If it's not listed please send an email to support@hostgator.com to have the server checked.
