Excellent Support

I opened my first resellet account about a year ago and have always had excellent customer service for sales and support related questions. I have recently opened a 2nd reseller account and again... I must acknowledge how completely satisfied I am with not only the product, but the support I get as well.

I had not really needed much support of the past year as so far, everything has been going smoothly. However, with the opening of this new reseller account, it brought back to mind how quickly and efficiently the support staff is. My questions are answered promptly and any change requirements are implemented quickly.
