I just recently moved my reseller account to HG with only one minor problem setting up my private DNS. After working with my offsite domain company and being given the run around by them, I called HG. Very quickly and easily he not only fixed the problem but also explained details to me so that I would have a better understanding of what was happening. To top it all off, it was an enjoyable conversation while waiting for the changes to take effect. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience I've had with any type of tech support.
If this experience is any indicator of the type of service at HG, I will be very happy here! Thank you Larry!!

Do you remember the last initial of the Larry you spoke with? We have a couple Larry's here. Also, the date/time and the nickname you might have used can be helpful in finding the right Larry as well. (Feel free to PM this information to me or just post it here.)
