Moved to HostGator from my old host as I needed more space.

Very pleased so far - both my domains are up and running now. Support has been very helpful aiding me to get my gallery program up and running on the new servers.

Thought I'd post an update.

Had an question/query regarding how the mail server filled in various fields when sending messages. After a small amount of discussion with reference to RFC822 the issue was fixed.
Noticing various comments about support - I prefer to email as, especially in the above situation, I believe it makes it easier to research and compose the reply. As it happened we were not overly concerned about the issue, more curious, but we were pleased with how it was handled.
