Excellent Service!
I had a problem with one of my websites earlier and submitted a trouble ticket at around 1:00 pm today and within an hour, Chris N. found the problem, that I accidentally created, and fixed it for me.
This is the first time that I used the support system and am very impressed with the response and resolution that I received. Keep up the great great work, Chris and Host Gator!
