Excellent Service! But Unhappy with CPU usage policy

I am a reseller in HG for the past one year, I never faced even a single issue with them in this period, but recently one of my site which is an Articles Directoy wordpress blog having 14,000 posts and growing everyday it was suspended for Exessive load of CPU usage, they suggested me to install a plugin WP Super cache and it was installed. I am worrying a lot about happening this again because I cant go for Dedicated server for such a small websites, any way thanks a lot for suggestions when crisis happens

Can you please give the detailed configuration of Unmanaged dedicated server which you offer? One of my friend got this server from you and faced a problem with server uptime fluctuations. Please clarify will this happen to me?. What about the support you provide for this server?

Anything related to hardware or the operating system we'll assist you with (uptime included). We'll make sure the server runs properly. We will not customize configurations past initial setup however.

As per my friend's comment, when he faced the problem with uptime he was asked to upgrade to the regular(managed) dedicated server, that is not good if you do like that.

Uptime has nothing to do with the server being managed or not. If there is a problem on your server with downtime, we will look into it whether its unmanaged or managed.
