Excellent moving experience!

I have a reseller account with Hostgator for 2 years already and had another hosting company, also a reseller account, for more than 6 years. The other company got worse and worse and this year I had 4 times dead server for more than 24h each.

As a reseller for hosting this is the worst that can happen. Clients (30!) ringing you to tell you their web sites are offline and email don't work (again!). Getting support from the other company was a nightmare too and I had some sleepless nights hoping tomorrow when I wake up all will work normal again.

I thought about moving my old reseller account to Hostgator a few times in the past but moving this amount of web site, most with database, was something I was not to happy about. After another server down last weekend I was at the point to make the final move to Hostgator and moving my accounts was SO EASY.

The small accounts I moved myself, the bigger accounts were moved by the incredible Hostagor Transfer Team .
Can't thank you enough for the amount of work you have saved me. Less than 6 hours and all my accounts were transferred including databases, email accounts, db users,...everything.

The sleepless nights are over and I feel finaly save now.

This dedicated department of System Administrators only job is to make sure our customers files are transferred properly.
