I have only good things to say. After a horrible experience with iPower (site was down for 4 days until I just moved to hostgator) - the folks at hostgator had ALL my files and even my large mysql databases moved over in less than a day.

Often times you fill out a form for such a service, and expect a response in several days, the tech actually had everything completed before I could even get my new domain registrar setup that same day. Awesome! I was shocked and my programmer was rather impressed as well. And it was a free service!

Cpanel is MUCH better than ipowers vdeck, and the loads of features, even the small ones you don't take notice too (quotas on mail boxes, more than one cronjob, etc.) are all there.

And if thats not enough, my website is running way faster, when I FTP files, it's the speed difference is extremely noticable, and my programmer (who lives in South Africa) noticed the load times were much faster as well.

The customer support was right on, they answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction every time.

Keep it up guys, when I'm ready for my dedicated server upgrade, I'll look nowhere but HostGator!
