Excellent host so far!

I've had a reseller account with another host since 2005, but made the switch to HostGator on December 23rd. The main reason I switched was because of poor uptime. Hopefully HostGator will prove to be different.

My sites were moved over without any hassle, as the transfer department did all of this for me within 48 hours. Two of my sites were displaying database errors once they were moved over, but the support team was quick to tweak those issues for me in a matter of hours. A special thanks to Kim and Jesse who assisted me with everything!

On my old host I was paying $24.95/month and an additional $19.95/month for WHM AutoPilot. With HostGator I'm extremely impressed that I'm only paying $24.95/month, which INCLUDES AutoPilot. I'm actually saving money this time around and I feel I have a way better host to show for it.
