Excellent experiences thus far.

Since I've started my trip into the world of web hosting, I've had some pretty difficult hosts; downtime, high costs, lack of support. But none of these things have I experienced in my three months with hostgator.

In the three months that I've had my shared hosting package, I've had maybe two or three timeouts, which lasted no more than a few minutes.

A couple months back, when I needed them to change my domain name, I sent out the email at midnight, the change was done before I woke up at 8:00.

My only halfway criticism of them has been their live chat, but as long as you just use email, you will get excellent support every time.

Thanks a lot hostgator, its nice to finally not have to worry about my webhost!
