Though HG's registryrocket is not relatively as advanced as other registrars, HG went out of their way in resolving a tricky domain name issue. There was an issue with a .co.uk domain name, the registrant details of which would simply not get updated. After a ticket with around 80 replies over 3 months involving multiple HG staff, the crux of the matter was nominet has this stupid rule that they dont allow changing registrant info for .co.uk names without written request and a fee. HG followed up well clearly going out of their way and I'm sure most other shared hosts would have given up long back over this issue.

Very happy with the webhosting as well, the best part is the speed of sites and data transfer which is lot faster than any shared host I have experienced. Everything is even better after i upgraded to the new version of cpanel.

I'm glad to hear that you're happy. We're in the process of upgrading our domain systems, so that should experience should be getting better and more convenient as time goes on.
