Just wanted to pop in and say that we've been with HG for about a month. We've had to open various, assorted support tickets related to transferring about 40 accounts over. Each and every ticket has been responded to with professionalism, speed and accuracy! We are elated with the service and the responsiveness, and just couldn't be happier. Thank you to the whole crew who continually amaze me, especially given the support we were receiving elsewhere. The only things I could mark down would be a couple of help desk techs who didn't quite seem on top of things, but, overall, we just have to say...good job!
