I have a reseller account.
The most important thing about is all the scripts I use work with HG.



Yes, I have experienced downtime... but so have I with another host.
It gets all resolved in the end.

My only request is that HG does NOT upgrade to MySQL 5 as it will mess up my tracking script !!

My other host has everything 'new' - PHP5.25 and MySQL5 etc... but my 'old' scripts for tracking and cgi scripts are not installing at all... and my membership script is showing error messages.

So bear that in mind when choosing a host. New maybe good but it may not be compatible. If you make a living online Hostgator will give you a reliable platform to work from. It may not be perfect but its good enough for me... so far.
