Event Registration

I have a client that is a non profit organization that does live webinars and and is looking for a script or software that will allow people to register for the event via its website preferably via paypal. The software would have to generate a pin that they could then enter when they call in to listen to the webinar. They already have the phone system for this and use windows media encoder to create and broadcast their webinars, but need a software solution for their website.

I have looked a numoruous eticketing and event registration services and nothing seems to fit and was hoping to find a script or software they could use that would fits these needs.

If you've tried the various e-ticketing systems and event registration services, you may then want to consider something along the lines of Googles Sites or possibly even Joomla / JCal / Virtuemart / and others.
