Usually you set the configuration directives in Apache config in
WHM-> Service Configuration-> Apache Configuration-> Include Editor-> Pre VirtualHost Include-> All Versions. <IfModule mpm_event_module> DIRECTIVES HERE </IfModule>

Hello,
Thank you for working with us, please keep in mind that our Virtual Private Servers default to Prefork, in order to use MPM Event you will need to recompile apache with MPM Event enabled. The process on Panel servers is slightly different than stand alone systems. If you are no familiar with the process please open a ticket with our support team so that we can assist you.
