Euro + foreign languages

As one of the largest templateshops in Europe we're considering opening a reseller account.
However, 3 questions come to mind:
1. You offer foreign language control panels. Fine, but I want to see the quality of the translations first and the demo for foreign languages doesn't work.
2. There's an automated billing system. Does this give the possibility to:
a. Offer hosting plans in Euro and check out in Euro?
b. Add VAT for customers within the EU-zone?

If anyone can help me with these questions, I will be most grateful.
We will probably subscribe one of the following days to a individual hosting plan to check out what looks a very promising hosting deal, but I would really appreciate it if someone could help with above questions.

I would like to add this:
we offer several cPanel themes. One of them is RVSkin and is very customizable. It has several languages supported, but they are not all error-free (some incorrect translations, typo's). However, you have full control over the language files, so you can adjust things of required
