Errors when browsing templates

Some nitpicks:

1. "receive" is misspelled

2. There's an off-by-one error in the navigation (i.e., add 1 to the start):

3. Bounds checking on navigation. Click "Last", then "Next". The "First" and "Previous" links are now wrong.
