For what its worth...I've been a Hostgator Reseller for a few months now and I've had incredible service. I just connected via Live Chat, clicked Support and bingo...2 seconds to help.
And...these people know there stuff! I've never been told 'well, it's something you did so go away' or 'we'll have to look into it' etc... They are accountable for what they do. Anyway, just my two cents.
