EQDKP - "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"

So about 6 months ago I had a working EQDKP install on my site, but it became unneeded so I removed it.

Fast forward to today, I suddenly need a new EQDKP setup. I'll just do another install with a new database and I'll be up and running again. Should be no problem, right?

Well, sort of.

After the install whenever I click on the configuration button I am brought to a page that says:

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.darkintellect.com Port 80

I have noticed however if I remove the ?s= after the .php I am able to view the configuration page, however I cannot click save, as it sends me back to the same 503 page.

Now this all worked fine 6 months ago and I don't know what could have changed between now and then to cause this problem.

Any ideas? Suggestions?
