End User Support and/or VPS

Is there any chance of HG offering end user support to resellers as a paid addon anytime in the near future? I thought that maybe since you were bringing support in house and staffing up that might be someting in the plans. I for one, would seriously consider it if it were offered. Right now, to get something like that I would have to go with someone like *** Hosting which offers it as an option for something like $30 or $40 per month. I would like to offer hosting, but honestly I do not have the time/resources to provide the support myself.

Also wanted to see if there were any plans to offer VPS solutions anytime soon. This too, is something I and probably several others would consider if it were offered. The main thing about HG that is a disadvantage in my view is the fact that as resellers we are on shared boxes with other resellers, thus all of the inherent dangers that can cause. If I knew my account was going to remain up and running even if another account on the box got hosed, that's a definite selling point for me. Granted, there will occasionally be a box related issue in which case all accounts on the server would be affected, but I think that would be a much more rare occurence.

I agree on the VPS. That would be a nice feature. Although I can't think of any software that would automatically create VPS's. I do think it should be an option as prefered to getting a dedicated server though. Maybe an extra fee per month or something. =\
