Team,
encore.websitewelcome.com will be coming down tonight (05/09) at 02:00 CDT for a chassis swap. We do apologize for the frustrations and inconveniences, however this must be done to ensure the continued functionality of the server. Unfortunately we do not have an ETA for this procedure but we will update this thread accordingly when we have more information. As always, we thank you for your patience during this time.
