Hi,
I had WHMAP set-up by hostgator several months ago and receive the DB Back-up and Domain name resolve message every night but if I change the expiry date of a hosting package to a few days away for testing and set the WHMAP configuration to send 1 day prior to renewal i do not receive any expiry notice so that I can seperately invoice my clients. What is the cron task for the EMID 39 and can any one else shed some light on the problem of the Hosting package notification not being sent? PS. Yes, i have sent several tickets to the WHMAP developer and hostgator but no one seems to have any answers for this one. Thanks for your help. Cheers, Andrew |
