At this time, it is imperative that we replace a drive in the array to prevent any data loss. Down time will be about 15-20 Minutes if everything goes smoothly. I will keep this ticket as updated as possible to ensure everyone has peace of mind. We thank you for your patience and cooperation.

For the sake of the server, we are going to replace the drive on Slot 1. The box will be down for 15-20 minutes. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
