Emergency RAID Maintenance : gator625

Our shared server gator625 is having some issues with what we believe to be the RAID Card in the machine. As such we're having our datacenter swap the RAID card and cables once they have the hardware in hand. The total downtime for this should only be around 5-15 minutes while they perform the swap.

We appreciate your patience during this downtime. Please refrain from submitting tickets, phone calls, or chats for domains or problems on this server during this time. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information available.

The machine has just now gone offline for the RAID Card swap and should be back online shortly. Thank you for your patience once again.

We are scheduling this to go offline one last time at 11PM to replace the RAID Card battery. It appears when our datacenter swapped with a new RAID card it did not have a battery installed (since not all of their clients require them). Thanks again for your continued patience and after personally speaking with one of the techs that will be working on this, it should only be around a 5-10 minute downtime.
