The /home partition remounted itself as read only due to the previous raid issues that we where experiencing. We are currently taking this server off-line and placing it into a maintenance mode so that we may expedite the raid rebuild and perform a file system check on /home to correct this issue.
We do not have an ETA at this time. We will update this thread accordingly once we have more information. As always, we thank you for your patience during this time

Hello all,
gator823 should be good to go at this point. The only things found in lost+found were billions and billions of cache files. Nothing to worry about. Thank you all for your patience.
