Unfortunately this server has suffered from extreme hardware failure. We are working as quickly as possible to provision a replacement chassis and restore accounts from backups, there is no eta for this procedure at this time, we will update this topic as we have news.

We are still working on restoring all accounts from backups onto the newly provisioned drives. The backup process is heavily under way and accounts should be up and running soon. Again, we will be individually contacting affected customers with further details as soon as possible.
