everytime I email support@hostgator.com it is not working

and use should put feedback@hostgater.com on the ticket system

I would surgest doing a ticket through https://tickets.hostgator.com

If you are sending to support@hostgater.com it will not work, that is a typo. The address is support@hostgator.com (an o not an e before the final r.)

Ive never had any issue at all when I email them. Maybe their return emails are getting caught in a spam folder for you.

Have you submitted a ticket to see why your emails to support don't work? This would probably be more effective than a poll.

If the problem affected more than a tiny minority of users, there would be widespread outrage and posting here...but there's not.
