Default emails per hour

Hi there,

I read a couple of posts around here from users complaining about having their accounts suspended because of the amount of emails their scripts sent during a 1 hour lapse.

I am currently hosting a social-network script somewhere else, with decent traffic, that sends an email to a user whenever he or she recieves a private message. This causes (depending on the month and what time it is) a LOT of emails to go out, and very possibly over 200 emails / hour at some times.

Would it still be ok to host a script like this in HG ? (swamp plan)
and if so, what should I do to prevent getting suspended each time this happens?
