email support - not much help

I recently went for a bit of coding help via email *support@hostgator.com* and they turned me down. They said 'we dont help with coding'. I don't understand what support is here for if they cant help with simple php coding.

I hope you can see why it is not possible to support all clients' custom made scripts. HG supports everything related to what is offered but it's not possible to start figuring out all sorts of unknown progs.

I don't know what coding issue you're facing, but you have a good chance in getting an answer if you'd post it in the Language Support forum.
