Email Problems on Jetta?

Is anyone experiencing problems sending pop email on Jetta. I have a couple customers saying they cannot send - only receive. Their disk quotas are fine and I'm having a hard time pinpointing the root cause.

The email problem resulted from SBC DSL filtering outgoing smtp traffic on port 25 to non sbc email servers. Once port filtering was adjusted to allow the non sbc smtp address, outgoing mail started working fine.
