Have to give Robert Ha on live support a shoutout.
A domain from an old reseller was not able to send mail to a domain transferred to my HG reseller account. Within a few seconds he diagnosed this: I still had a copy of the account on old reseller. Mail was not leaving the old server. Solution: Delete account from old reseller. Thanks, Robert. |
