I'm a newbie in this forum (been with HG for about 6 months now), wondering if anyone has problem with their internal email. It seems that emails sent/receive from and to all of my domains within this server is having really bad delay, for example when I send email from a@mydomain.com to b@mydomain.com. The delay has been really bad, sometimes it takes 2 days, although not for external email (i.e. gmail or yahoo), they seem to be sent straight away. Today I've sent a few emails since this morning and nothing came through at all until tonight. I'm starting to get really anxious with how HG handle the problem.
I have this problem for a couple of my clients. Sent technical tix (QRC-687152) since 16 Oct but the problem seems not being resolved. One of my client has transferred the domain and asked for refund and the other one is harrasing me everyday. I've sent another tix today (ETK-536720) to highlight that this is critical. Email is really important in any business and I really can't see why HG can't resolve this asap. |

I've also been experiencing mail delays, specifically today +-10hours to receive emails. Yahoo and Google instant though...

My client is still having problem with the slow email and I've never received the test messages I've sent yesterday either, despite the confirmation ticket from the tech level 3 support that this has been fixed twice already. Can you please give me assurance that this can be fixed tonight otherwise I have to move all my domain by tomorrow.
