email notification with account info

How long should I expect to wait. It has been over an hour since I received email saying it would take about 20 minutes.

Never mind, I finally received an email after I called and talked to someone who was extremely rude and kept insisting that the email was in my junk mail when I was telling him it was not there. Not a good first impression.

Was it in your spam/bulk mail folder or somewhere else?

The email was not there. I had sent an alternate email address as well and it was not to be found anywhere. After I called and he said he would resend it the email suddenly appeared in both email accounts. Obviously it was never sent until I called.

I've just signed on recently and the setup did take just over 20 minutes.. Maybe there was a delay in routing your e-mail. It's normal as smtp is not guaranteed.
