Email mailing lists and WHM questions

Email list questions

1. Does hostgator prefer or recommend a mailing list to use with its servers?
2. What does it mean by throttling?
3. Which mailing list is the best one to use with hostgator servers that does the throttling?
4. Do people use an external source (constantcontact.com)?

2 Questions for WHM:

1. How do I set up another user (say my employee) but grant him only a few provisions (ie: create domain/etc)
2. Should I be giving priveleges to anybody but me?

I have more newbie questions...

1. CRON - how do I set it up to:
   1. Backup all customer WHM data automatically and send it to me in an email once every week?
   2. Backup all customer website's, emails, etc automatically - do I need to do it in every customer's cpanel - or is there a way of doing it once only and it does it for every customer I create?
   3. Export all customer's raw logs to the customer's email
   4. Export my raw logs to my email
2. LOGS
   1. The logs auto-rotate and manage themselves - when does it do this? Is it every day? Does that mean I lose the number of visitors (and other logs) from yesterday/last week/last month?
   2. I want to make a graph showing all the logs, which button does that on my cpanel?

I'd say that it probably means that you'd do best asking google, or suck it and see. This refers particularly to the cron and log questions. With a whole list there, you could do worse than searching these or the cpanel.net forums for previous answers (some will have asked these questions before, e.g. here, about throttling), and/or doing a search for each on google. Some things will be in the cpanel manual. Good luck finding your answers!
