Email doesnt work

Hey, ive just set up an account with you my website is www.angel-designs.org

And ive tryed to setup outlookexpress so i used the thing where is configures it for me and it didnt work i couldnt send or recieve mail, so i did it manually, and then also it couldnt log in kept saying login details were wrong when i was 100 % they were right, I thought maybe outlook express is just crap so i downloaded mozzila tunderbird email, and put in the settings and logged in, But i still cant send or recieve mail.

I then tryed it using the webmail options horde and i tryed to send mail using that didnt work and tryed sending mail to that adress didnt work. So i have no idea wats going on.

Please help me.

Hi,

You should try to delete the email account and create it again.

We will begin with this step and then try to send and receive in horde.

You can try sending email to that account after you have recreate the account with another email account outside your domain angel-designs.com

I cant delete it its the default one. I actually just tryed the squirrel webmail to send something to my hotmail account and that worked. But i still get recieve mail.

Hi Megan,

The "Default email account" is not an email account because it doesn't have the @angel-designs.org after it.

You have to create an email account in cPanel. Forget about the one you have setup with your username by default.

It maybe seems a bit weird but account are setup that way.

The best is to create one yourself from scratch.
