Hello,
Has anyone else received blank emails from billing@hostgator.com this month? This has been my first month getting a billing statement (2nd month here at HG) and I am curious if my account is the only one, or if others are affected as well. I have submitted a support ticket (to sales) as there is not a "billing" option in the ticket submittal area. A billing option would be a nice addition to the ticket system ![]() ![]() Thomas Adams |

The word billing did not yield anything when I performed my search. There are no simple searches when people use different terminologies to describe a situation ![]() Host Gator was very quick to respond via support ticket! The two posts referred to by George are dated 9/13 and 9/16 respectively. That is over a month, and I also located this one: http://forums.hostgator.com/showthre...t=blank+emails Which was posted approx. the same time but states that this issue has been going on for some period of time before 9/13. Has there been any information about the specific problem, and a time frame for when the issue may be corrected? I am able to locate this from GatorTin posted on 9/13/07 Quote:

Glad you got your answer and it's sad that the billing system has a bug like this for an extended period of time. I am sure HG is planning a rollout to a new custom designed system as soon as one is ready.

This month I do not received any bill at all. HG apparently need some coding support for to bring this feature strait.
Last month neither and was punished $10 + a few hours suspension. |
