Default Email and Subdomains

I note that you have unlimited subdomains, and I am curious about the capabilities thereof.

My desired setup is to route the emails from different subdomains to different boxes (preferably through some sort of spam filtering, but that can be done post-download).

Ie, I want *@junkmail.mydomain.com to go to a "junkmail" folder,
and *@family.mydomain.com to go to my "family" mailbox.

Currently this is setup on a host I control using qmail's very flexible configuration files - does hostgator's cpanel setup provide similar functionality?

Default Re: Email and Subdomains

Every email account you create has its own inbox. But, if you want to you can use the forward mail feature that comes with all shared plans.

All shared plans come with Spam Assassin. That should block most spam.
