Hello,

The server eleanor is getting flooded with requests which is causing occasional packetloss and/or apache issues. We have implemented a hardware firewall at the data center and are working to mitigate the issue. Unfortunately in situations such as this only so much can be done to stop the illegitimate requests to the server. We apologize for these issues and thank you for your patience.

It appears that our attempts to mitigate this attack have been successful and the attack against this server has subsided. At this time all services are operating normally without any packet loss or other interruptions. We apologize for these issues and thank you for your patience.
