Editing the Index page for the PhPForum

Hello,

I would like to get rid of the logo_phpBB.gif and modify the forum header very much like this forum here. The forum index is at
www.khamush.com/forum

How can I edit this page, I downloaded the whole forum directory to edit it without any luck.

I've never tried modifying the header like you're talking about but to start with, you can simply create a new image/logo/banner and simply replace the graphic. Just name your new graphic logo_phpBB.gif, drop it in your images folder, and overwrite. That will at least be a temorary solution until you figure out how you want your header to look.

Try looking at the soure code to this forum to figure out how to manipulate and do your own header.

There's a header file in the templates directory.

Just look through there.
