We are having our datacenter replace one of the drives in the RAID array on the eclipse reseller server tonight at 11PM CDT. Estimated downtime is around 5-15 minutes provided there are no other issues.
Customers are asked not to submit tickets directly related to the eclipse scheduled downtime during this period when the machine is being worked on. If you have issues on the server before this period, or after it's back online, feel free to contact us about this just as you would in any other situation. Thanks.
