any ideas of how long the service will be down? , i need to know at least an aproximate ... i must give some kind of explanation to some of my customers please , thanks.

Just tell your customers that your working hard to resume normal service.. the worst thing a host can do it give an ETA for things like this as if you give a time and you dont get it done by then, the clients will be even more pissed

All webpages uploaded between 4th-10th Aug are lost.

Yesterday, your chat operator, Alexander said there will not be data lost and what happened today?

All files are lost and it takes forever to upload even just 1 webpage to server.

Why is server so slow?

Back in Oct 2006, also data lost, now again...

Because you and everyone else are trying to upload at the same time probably. Patience...

They will be back soon, as DaveC said, they are rsyncing the sites to the new server.

HG are copying stuff to the box and clients are uploading stuff like esl said.

Default Site Certificate Errors

My sites seem to be up and running now but I'm getting Certificate Errors when I go login in to cPanel or WHM. I'm unable to use the my account as an outgoing mail server either. Any suggestions?
