Easy Recovery of Lost Email

I have been with HostGator for over a year. This is the first time I needed a file recovered from the backup. Having a lot of experience in Backup/Recovery, I was a bit sceptical of what would happen.

Here is what happened:
I turned in a trouble ticket asking for a restore of an email file.
I received a quick response saying they were forwarding it to the proper person.
A couple hours later, my email was back!

HG charges $15 for this service. That is much better than trying to recreate my messages, which would have been very time consuming and somewhat impossible.

And, on a more personal note, my cat is now banned from walking on the keyboard.
