e-mails keep coming back

I've been trying to e-mail support for the last hour and it keeps coming back. I'm actually trying to reply to an e-mail sent by Michael Yuke from the transfer department, who has been very helpful with transfering my domain to Host Gator.

Login/Register with the same email address you've been emailing them on.

What is the bounce message and error #? I would want to get to the bottom of why that happens as well as getting the ticket resolved
